A) Part Number / Name & Quantitie(s) Required
B) Lead-time is desired (weeks from the receipt of a purchase order
C) Rochester Molding is to provide: (How many samples of unit for customer approval & QC.)
D) Material is to be:
E) Pricing includes bulk packaging, FOB our dock unless specified by Customer
All prices F.O.B. our plant and are subject to change if market price of material fluctuates.
Terms:
Quoted quantities are based on advised drop shipments
Terms: All production orders –net 30 days.
A 2% discount is provided should the customer decide to pay within 10 days. This should be included in the Purchase order when ordering.
This quotation will be valid for 30 days. It is subject to the terms and conditions that are a part of this proposal.
