Quality Assurance
We work with our customers to ensure that quality is incorporated in the manufacturing process. Our goal is to support the continuous improvement process through in-house effective improvements to our quality systems and engineering support to our customers looking for the optimal cost and quality in each part without loss of function.
Currently Rochester Molding Inc. has a certificate of ISO 9000 compliance, issued by Global QA Inc. Our quality manual, version 2.1, was recently updated July 2003. A certified Victoria group, lead assessor is part of the Rochester Molding Inc. management team.
