Mold design, the first phase of the Injection Molding process is accomplished on our CAD system utilizing software specifically created for this purpose. The formal drawings provided by this procedure are critical to providing specifications and control during production and future maintenance of the mold. This attention to detail from the very beginning of fabrication of a new product assures that consistent quality will be maintained.
